Brigid Abreu has been acting since she was three years old, and insisted on performing scenes from The Lion King on the playground to anyone who would listen. After finishing her first feature film with an independent company from Maine, she flew from New Hampshire all the way to Los Angeles, where she graduated with Latin Honors from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film & TV for acting.
Born to folksy hippie parents, Brigid has a sweet, Joni Mitchell-style singing voice. She’s no softie, though. Brigid has many years of Kenpo karate and Tai Chi under her belt (pun intended). Trained in stage and on-screen combat, she practices yoga & meditates every day. She is currently studying piano, guitar, and whole-hearted living.
